Information Handled by the App
Tails of Service may store information you enter, including handler profile details, animal profile details, visit locations, organizations, visit dates, duration, people reached, ratings, notes, training plans, exports, and backup files.
On-Device Storage
Visit records are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Tails of Service does not require a developer account and does not upload records to a developer-operated server.
Exports and Backups
CSV and PDF exports are created only when you request them. You choose where to save or share those files using iOS.
If you enable backups, Tails of Service saves portable JSON backup files to an iCloud Drive or Files folder you select. Files stored with iCloud Drive or another Files provider are subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Data Collection and Tracking
The developer does not receive your visit records, profile details, exports, or backups. Tails of Service does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data-broker integrations. The developer does not sell personal information.
Retention and Deletion
On-device records remain until you delete them, erase the app's data, or uninstall the app. You control exported files and backups saved to Files or iCloud Drive.
